Job Description
We are looking for a talented and innovative digital strategist that can grow Ungerboeck’s digital marketing.

This role will focus on growing Ungerboeck’s digital footprint through Search Engine Marketing strategies and website optimization. This person will work closely with the Director Content Strategy to drive SEO in content creation and strategy. This role is ideal for a person that has a throughout understanding of digital touchpoints and strategies to build the brand image across the digital space.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and optimize PPC/Digital Advertising Campaign strategies.
  • Management of ad budgets, A/B testing ad creatives, keyword research, setting up audiences, and optimizing for conversions and KPIs.
  • Analysis of campaign data and reporting on recommendations and strategy on a monthly basis.
  • Management of SEO strategy by researching and analyzing best practicing, implementing strategies, and keeping on top of emerging trends to maximize web traffic and domain authority.
  • Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in campaigns.
  • Track, report, and analyze website analytics, SEO initiatives and campaigns.
  • Work with the Director Content Strategy to drive SEO in content creation and programming.
  • Management of website activities and optimization for lead generation.
  • Create reports and dashboards to provide insight on marketing performance and drive decision making.
  • Oversee the growth of new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content.

Qualifications

  • 1-4+ digital marketing experience.
  • Degree in marketing, advertising, communications or equivalent.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Firm grasp of emerging digital tools.
  • Thorough understanding of digital touch points.
  • Experience with SEO/SEM strategy and CRM software.
  • Experience implementing and managing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Knowledge of web analytics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Hands on experience with online marketing tools and practices.
