Field Marketing Manager – DACH (Remote – Germany, UK, France or Poland)
Job description Candidate must be located in:
Remote – USA
Full ownership of the go-to-market strategy and execution for the region. Create, expand, and accelerate sales opportunities through regional and account-focused marketing execution and managing marketing campaigns that promote our products and/or services, within the marketing-defined strategy.
Ensure that OKR (Objectives and Key Results) and Targets are met in the region on a quarterly basis.
Being a data-driven marketer – demonstrating key ROI and pipeline impact for the campaigns to stakeholders
Ensuring regional campaigns are delivered on time and on budget while having full budget responsibility for the region
Be a leader in working cross-functionally to drive the execution of demand generation and field marketing plans, aligning with other areas of marketing (Corporate Event, Corporate Comms, Digital & Content/PMM, Marketing Ops, and Brand) and delivering to the needs of a regional sales team.
Launch relevant Outbound activities using account-based marketing using the global outbound campaigns framework
Work in collaboration with external agencies and 3rd parties to prepare, manage and execute campaigns.
Be a leader in building and driving processes within the Field Marketing organization.
Support Partner & Alliance Marketing activities with our partners from approval of campaigns through execution as required.
Be an advocate for the sales region you support and help the rest of the marketing department understand their priorities & needs.
Be an advocate for the marketing department and help the sales team you support to understand the marketing department’s priorities.
Be a strong advocate to support our Customer Community programs, Influencers, and PR with relevant content
Localization of global programs to be relevant in the market
Past experience delivering, accelerating, and expanding sales pipeline through regional marketing.
Proven track record of managing integrated B2B marketing campaigns using tactics that include webinars, digital advertising, and social media
Exemplary communication skills without fear of over-communication. This role will require effective collaboration and coordination across internal and external stakeholders.
Experience in working in a changing environment and hyper-growth pre-IPO company preferred
Extremely detail-oriented and organized, and able to meet deadlines.

A passion and substantial understanding of the HR industry and overall regional market preferred
Experience with supporting both direct sales and channel sales teams.
Ability to travel if needed to local offices/events
Candidates must be bilingual in English and German and be located in Germany, France, the UK, or Poland.
Key Performance Indicators
4X pipeline coverage for the region responsible for & MQL generated for the region.
Contribution to the overall company’s ORKs, in alignment with the Marketing ORKs.
Field Marketing plans completed in alignment with the planning/campaign schedule.
Balance management of the regional Field Marketing budget for the region.
Reporting lines: This position reports to our Global Field & ABM Marketing Director and is deeply aligned with our Marketing & Sales leadership.
