Regional Regulatory Affairs Strategist Manager
Job Summary
Manage projects and Handle related regulatory strategies for allocated Products, and ensure communication/clarity of regulatory timelines and strategy.
Single point of contact for global/product strategists, and In-Country Regulatory Team on regional issues to facilitate the best in class support for product registration and product life cycle management activities.
Responsible for ensuring that regulatory documentation meets relevant regulatory requirements.
To apply knowledge and best interpretation of regulatory requirements in the assigned countries to the drug development process, including promulgation of health authority marketing authorization dossiers to enable efficient and effective registration of medicinal products consistent with the supported regions commercial objectives.
To ensure business continuity between global/product Strategists and In-Country Regulatory Team.
Validation/Qualification Officer
What You Will Achieve
You will be a member of Pfizer’s dedicated and highly effective quality assurance team. You will evaluate and review Pfizer’s clinical and commercial batches of drugs. You will make sure that product and process documents match the specifications based on established sampling and statistical process control procedures. Your expertise will help in identifying deviations from established standards, in the manufacturing and packaging of products. In the relevant cases you will approve investigations and change control activities to ensure compliance with configuration management policies.
Qualifications
Must-Have
Bachelor’s Degree
Experience in pharmaceutical industry
Experience in Quality administered systems
Sound knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices {part of GxP}
Ability to work in a team environment within own team and interdepartmental teams
Effective written and oral communication skills
Nice-to-Have
Experience at a manufacturing site
Experience of writing and managing deviations
Experience in production batch record review, Enterprise Resource Planning system, investigation of non-conformance, root cause analysis and change control management
Wholesalers Account Manager
Role Summary
The Wholesaler Account Manager is responsible for demand generation based on an understanding of the needs of the account, and the ability to service and connect account level customers to meet agreed business objectives. The Wholesalers Account Manager is responsible for the efficient management of regional Wholesalers business (Leading conversation & interactions with strategic account Key Decider Makers (procurement, pharmacist responsible) and drive fulfillment of strategic projects through account segmentation targeting excellence.
Basic Qualifications/Experience
Bachelor’s degree in science, Business or equivalent. Master’s Degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years Experience of working in healthcare in a similar position.
Management and/or marketing experience strongly recommended
Account management experience.
Demonstrated commercial and business acumen, strong negotiation skills.

Role Summary
Deliver the sales objectives for the category by actively shaping and ensuring full understanding and execution of brand, customer and account Plans.
Direct, lead and motivate a team of Healthcare Engagement colleagues (Health Representative) to ensure development and execution of disease account management strategy and customer-facing omnichannel strategy to maximize brands performance and achieve business objectives
Identify, develop, and manage relationships with key category stakeholders at national level and support own team in engaging key customers in disease area networks to drive brand/portfolio business

Position Summary
Own brand strategy for Morocco market. Define and Drive Country Specific TA and Brand Strategy, drive product growth and lifecycle management, forecast revenue and opex of assigned brands, ensuring the realization of revenue and profitability targets in country.
Leads the implementation and execution of all marketing and promotional activities for the allocated brands and/or portfolio of therapy area throughout the product(s) life cycle with the main objective of ensuring that the best strategies, tools, materials and communication channels are made available to all customer facing colleagues.
The CBL will be working closely with cross function teams to ensure the delivery of the marketing goals in alignment with the company’s goals and strategies.
Education And Experience:
Graduate of Pharmaceutical/Medical sciences, a bachelor’s degree is required, marketing studies or MBA is a plus.
5+ years of experience in pharma industry with consistent successful performance and solid career trajectory.
Fluency in English with good computer skills.

Supply Chain Quality Officer
Role Description And Main Responsibilities
Maintenance of the compliance to the local BOH regulations
Coordinate the product quality and compliance activities at the PCO/DC, to ensure current BOH expectations are met.
Act as the Qualified / Responsible Person to local authorities or support Qualified Person activities for all Pfizer Product Quality Compliance issues in the market.
Governance & internal organization
Support timely implementation of all applicable Product Quality SOPs (issued by SCQ) within the PCO/DC.
Ensure that all relevant PCO/DC colleagues are appropriately trained in the Product Quality SOPs.
Assess new quality system and local regulatory requirements to enhance and align local systems and processes when required.
Conduct and document periodic assessments to determine if a revision, retirement, administrative change or no change is required for the Product Quality SOPs (issued by SCQ) within the PCO/DC.
Years of experience: 0-5 years in the Pharmaceutical or related regulated industry
Technical Skills:
Has an appropriate education in science or quality topics; Bachelor’s degree, pharmacist, Engineer.
Has basic knowledge of the Quality principles, concepts of Quality and basic technical skills
Has basic knowledge about Quality Systems (Change Control, deviations, complaint management, documentation management, audits, inspections, etc.)
