Job Description

The Vice President of Marketing is responsible for managing demand generation strategies globally leading media / crm / email marketing, digital optimization (SEO and PPC/SEM) teams. In this role, you will communicate all inbound and outbound strategies that are aligned with buyer’s journey to deliver against our lead, MQL and SQL objective to ultimately drive higher pipeline contribution.

The VP will execute marketing programs targeting prospective customers, current customers and other influencers to support our mid-market, enterprise and renewal teams.

As the Global VP of Marketing, you will be a key element of our leadership team whilst also working closely with our global sales leaders.


  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders globally to define our demand generation plan to set and influence goals, create strategic umbrella campaigns and define product-level tactical plays
  • Partner closely with sales to ensure alignment on strategy, resources, messaging, and KPIs
  • Rationalize, localize and package corporate marketing programs for global markets.
  • Define and roll-out new campaigns that meet specific and unique regional requirements
  • Coordinate and ensure that key online channels (website, paid search, content syndication, online advertising, paid social) are integrated and optimized to deliver a high-performing inbound engine.
  • Develop cross-sell/up-sell customer marketing programs that help expand our footprint in the installed base
  • Develop effective always-on lead nurture programs that move leads to MQL status
  • Manage relationships with key international agencies and track spend and metrics
  • Work with the operations and data teams to manage and review campaign performance metrics.
  • Provide quarterly business reporting and analysis on all programs and campaigns by region.
  • Lead, manage and grow the Demand Generation Marketing business globally to ensure we meet our MQL targets and ultimately over-achieve our objectives for each EMEA region


  • Extensive marketing experience in a Recruiting or HCM software business.
  • Experience leading marketing teams across different countries, continents and time-zones.
  • Ability to form and grow strategic internal partnerships across functions and across time zones
  • Experience delivering effective awareness and demand generation marketing campaigns and programs that are integrated and multi-channel and that deliver measurable and repeatable results
  • Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal and exceptional presentation skills.
  • Resilience, drive and adaptability to thrive in a hyper-growth business.
  • Strategic acumen and experience to identify and plan for the capabilities and talent needed to support growth plan. Ability to lead by example, mentor, coach, and develop existing marketing team members.
